This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or use the contact form. Providing this information is a separate process from requesting consent where consent is required.

Please do not include special-category personal data or information about other people unless it is necessary for us to assess your enquiry.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Receiving and assessing your enquiry, contacting you and discussing the requested service: Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698 where processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, and Article 5(2)(f) for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not adversely affected.
- Maintaining information security, preventing misuse and ensuring service continuity: legitimate interests under Article 5(2)(f).
- Meeting legal obligations, responding to competent authorities and establishing, exercising or protecting a right: Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e).
- Enabling optional analytics technologies: explicit consent under Article 5(1). Analytics remains disabled unless you choose to allow it.
You do not need to consent to marketing for us to respond to your enquiry. Any advertising or campaign communication requires a separate, optional consent process.
4. Retention and security
Personal data is retained only for as long as the processing purpose, applicable legal obligations and limitation periods require. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the applicable rules.
Appropriate technical and organisational safeguards include access controls, activity logs, communications security, backups and periodic reviews. No method of sending information over the internet can be guaranteed as entirely secure.
5. Your rights under Article 11
You may apply to the data controller to:
- learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
- learn the identity of third parties with whom the data has been shared,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request deletion or destruction where the conditions of Article 7 are met,
- request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to relevant third parties,
- object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis, and
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
